Ok, we’ll probably only break down half a hog, but you get the idea. We’ll have one of our hogs from Mountain View Pork in Turlock. Our skilled butchers will walk you through the process of going from a whole hog, to the sub-primals, retail cuts and the extra stuff, like sausage.
The best way to learn is to eat, so there will be plenty of snacks, and a couple drinks as well. Everyone will take home cooking tips and recipe cards to practice with!
