Join our talented butchers as they demonstrate breaking down a side of local beef from start to finish. We'll walk you through the process of breaking primals in to sub-primals, and then retail cuts, and discuss methods for using & reducing "waste". There will be opportunities to ask questions and even do some cutting. Lunch will be included.
This is a great opportunity for the foodie looking to get more hands on, the farmer looking to be more self sufficient, or anyone who’s just curious.
