Ok, we’ll probably only break down half a hog, but you get the idea. We’ll have one of our hogs from Long Ranch in Ripon. Our skilled butchers will walk you through the process of going from a whole hog, to the sub-primals, retail cuts and the extra stuff, like sausage and charcuterie.
There will be plenty of snacks, and drinks as well. Everyone will take home cooking tips and recipes.
