Whole Hog Butchery

Come join our talented butchers as they demonstrate breaking down a half hog from start to finish. Participants will learn where all their favorite cuts of pork come from and have an opportunity to cut their own pork chops to take home. Class includes small tastings, complimentary beverage, and a 10% coupon for a future visit.

Classes are subject to cancelation if enrollment is too small. You will be contacted 1-2 weeks prior to class date to inform you of cancelation and options for reschedule or refund.
