Valentine's Day Class and Dinner: Duck

Join us for an evening focused on duck. We’ll start hands-on by learning how to break down a whole duck, which participants will take home, and discuss how to prepare each part. Next, our guest will sit down to a dinner, with each course focused on our main ingredient. 21+ please.
