Sausage 101 - Butchery Class

Get a crash course in sausage making. We'll walk you through the steps to make some of your favorite fresh sausages. Participants will have an opportunity to help with each step, from trimming to stuffing (and of course, eating!), and will have the ability to take some sausages home as well. Class includes small tastings, complimentary beverage, and a 10% coupon for a future visit.

Classes are subject to cancelation if enrollment is too small. You will be contacted 1-2 weeks prior to class date to inform you of cancelation and options for reschedule or refund.
