Beef Butchery: Pt 2 - Rib & Loin

Come join our talented butchers as they demonstrate breaking down a local beef Rib and Loin sections from start to finish. Cuts from the the rib and loin include the Rib Eye, NY Strip, Tenderloin and many more. We’ll discuss butchering techniques, cooking methods and more. Participants will take home over 5 lb of ground beef and steaks.

$150/person

$300/person for 3 Part Beef Class bundle

2 weeks notice required for refund or rescheduling of class.

Classes are subject to cancelation if enrollment is too small. You will be contacted 1-2 weeks prior to class date to inform you of cancelation and options for reschedule or refund.
